Shamike Bethea is a Veteran of the United States Army and a motivated visionary that is highly skilled in administration, creativity, and innovation. Her collective experience includes approximately 20 years of working with profit, nonprofit, government, and private organizations. Additionally, she possesses the gift of conceptualization, the ability to develop and clarify concepts, which enables her to understand and set immediate and long-range goals of an organization. As wells as, devise and execute effective plans to accomplish them.
Shamike specializes in the initiation, development, and growth of organizations via strategic planning, training and development, government contracting, teambuilding, and other organizational development functions. Her formal education consists of a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University, a Prt Management Certificate from Southern Columbia University, and a Diploma in Acquisitions from Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
